Pros

PTO. You're gonna need it.

Cons

Everything else. No raises, backwards management, good ole boys club, outdated systems, no concern for employees. Got laid off almost 3 years ago and what a relief. I hated each and every day of the last 3 years I worked there (the first 4 were mediocre) but I was not going to quit because I wanted my severance pay after all those years. This place is toxic. Management doesn't care, fellow employees constantly complain. They expect you to live, breathe, and die for them.

Pros

The work is varied and interesting. The other analysts are intelligent, interesting people that are good to work with. You at least feel like you may be using your education.

Cons

The direct managers are not highly skilled. The lack of opportunity to advance is a serious concern since no other groups have been relocated from the NY office. The company continues to layoff employees all over the country, and the tenor of the office is not great at the moment.
