Pros

Bob Benmosche built a great foundation for turning AIG around. Current management should stick to his principles.

Cons

Cutting costs to meet Peter Hancock's committed reductions (to the Street) are killing morale.

Pros

The work life balance is good and the fact that they give you a base salary while you are learning/training. Another plus is that you get your benefits on day one of your job.

Cons

Overall postive....if i had dto put one minus it would have to be the opportunity for upward mobility.

Pros

Lots of growth potential and opportunities to learn new things. Great salary and bonus. Good amount of PTO. Mental health days throughout the year. Management truly cares about your work-life balance and encourages you to use your PTO.

Cons

Workload can be heavy during the busy seasons. No stock options unless you are of a certain higher salary grade.
