      Good hours People you work with are great to talk to There are some planned personal development and social events

      Cons

      Management is promoted through nepotism The new ideas won't impact the marketplace and are being developed too slowly Expiry was a stupid decision, that was handled even worse You can't really argue with management, even though the company says ideas should come from the bottom You really need to go above and beyond to get a raise and the self reviews are pointless and just add stress
