Changes mean lots of new opportunities in the technology space. Good work-life balance for the most part. Space at 438 University has served us well. Moving to a new space on King St. E. New office looks good. New location may be a positive or negative depending on commute.

Cons

Rapid pace of change can be disorienting. Move to a flatter structure means fewer upward opportunities.
