I am so glad to hear that you enjoy working at AIR MILES! Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. When it comes to salary, we conduct regular labour market reviews and analyses to ensure that we are competitive in the way that we compensate our Associates, and that we can make informed decisions around adjustments as they become necessary. We also recognize that compensation comes down to more than just salary alone, and we continue to change and add to our perks and benefits to always make them as meaningful as we can to our Associates. It’s great to hear that you’re feeling good about our compensation philosophy. Thanks again for your feedback. Dimitri Benak - VP, People and Culture

Thank you for taking the time to write this review! Earlier this year, we introduced a permanent flexible working model into our organization, which allows Associates to choose where they do their best work. This working model is one of the pillars in our Future of Work vision, and it has been a resounding success. I’m glad this level of flexibility was something you enjoyed. We have a great culture and I’m thrilled that we’ve taken the necessary steps to be able to maintain it in our remote-first environment. I’m sorry to hear that you have experienced few opportunities for growth at AIR MILES. We take that feedback seriously, as we prioritize and are committed to empowering and supporting Associates in driving their own professional development and growth within the organization. In 2021, we launched our Career Level Framework to enable Associate engagement and development by defining role profiles to help all Associates see what’s required at their current level and what is required in order to move into another role. The introduction of this framework is bolstered by our tuition reimbursement benefit and our robust offering of training sessions and programs that are designed to build next-level capabilities and skills to equip and prepare associates for career growth. We will continue our work to evolve the ways in which we support and encourage associate development and internal mobility. Thanks again for your feedback. Dimitri Benak - VP, People and Culture

Thank you for your feedback. We agree that our technical platforms are a strength of our program. These advancements are underpinned by our larger digital transformation, which we are continuing to invest in. While transformation and change is often hard, we’re confident and excited about where these new initiatives will take us. In addition to the technical advancements we’ve made, we recently underwent a lot of structural changes as well in an effort to best position us for success in the future. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture
