Thank you for your review. Time and time again, I hear about how friendly and engaged our people are – I’m so glad this is your experience too. We’ve worked hard to build a great work environment over the years and our perks remain best-in-class – I hope you’re able to enjoy them to their fullest extent. Thanks for your advice on diversifying the business. I encourage you to take advantage of “Imagine If”, a new way for Associates to share their suggestions on opportunities for continual improvement. We’re always open to hearing new ideas on how we can make the business better. All the best. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture

Thanks for your review! We’ve received a lot of positive feedback on flexible work arrangements, which allows Associates to choose where they do their best work. I’m so glad you’re enjoying this perk. I also hope you’re able to enjoy our other benefits that promote work-life balance, such as Summer Hours, Loyalty Days, Sabbatical and our new extra-long weekends during the summer months where we shut down office operations to give Associate’s an extra day off before the long weekend. Thanks again for sharing. Dimitri Benak VP, People & Culture

Thank you for your review! I’m so glad that you are enjoying the range of perks and benefits that we offer our Associates. Our future of work vision, which is rooted in a permanent flexible working model, was created in recognition of the importance of allowing Associates to choose where they do their best work and was based on feedback collected directly from our Associates. We maintain an office in Toronto as our headquarters, but do not mandate a minimum number of days in the office. To support our Associates with our new future of work vision, we have recently introduced a new Remote Work Stipend benefit and continue to review our benefits regularly to ensure that they are relevant and valuable to all Associates. I appreciate your feedback regarding the time it takes to see action and results on certain initiatives. We are focused on continuously evolving our approach to innovation and speed to market and have introduced Agile Marketing teams as a result. We recently tested a new offer, AIR MILES Max Pass, which went from idea to in-market in record speed, and we are committed to continuing to test and learn from new ideas more quickly. Much thanks, Dimitri Benak, VP of People and Culture
