      Pros

      Close knit Co workers who are passionate in supporting their peers. Great pay and benefits. Beautiful office. Strong brand recognition.

      Cons

      Change in business direction has led to an increasingly toxic environment. Stress leave is on the rise and retaining tenured staff is on the decline.

      Pros

      Nice office. Nice people. Pretty good culture. People generally seem pretty happy to work there. There is a culture of being superior to Aimia and being the best at loyalty marketing.

      Cons

      I didn't find the work stimulating. The group I was in didn't seem to have a clear role. I was confused as to how we were adding value.

      Could feel like some departments are fragmented / less efficient and projects seem to take undue amount of time to get completed
