      Work Life Balance, exciting technology, corporate culture, adequate compensation, great people and teams, agile culture, lots of AirMiles, FUN place to work

      Some lack of communication from upper management in regards to explaining vision and strategy in the IT departments, trying to be agile but not quite there yet.

      Pros

      Great culture and organization. If you're passionate about big data and growing a career in analytics, this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Organization doesn't promote lateral movement that much. Business performance is struggling with introduction of expiry policy. Compensation is also not too high for Marketing roles.
