Our benefits packages and overall benefits, including our wellness reimbursement and education reimbursement programs, are an important aspect of what makes AIR MILES great. We prioritize work-life balance by implementing no-meeting policies over lunch and Friday afternoons. We also have an incredible ‘Summer Hours’ corporate policy in hopes to provide Associates with more time for self-care and loved ones. Company-wide Wellness Days are communicated and enforced by Leadership throughout the year including vacation time and personal days. Supporting Associates with the tools and resources to cultivate a successful work-life balance is very important to me. We encourage all Associates to provide real time feedback to Managers and Leaders if this is being compromised. We also provide Engagement and Leadership Effectiveness Surveys throughout the year to ensure your voice is being heard.
