      Thanks for sharing your feedback. AIR MILES uses world-class data management and analytics platforms; making it a great place to grow your career in Data and Analytics. Work-life balance is a priority at AIR MILES. We manage this through ‘no-meeting’ time blocks during the week, checking in with Associates through surveys and providing Leaders with support & resources to help their teams manage their work-life balance. As well, we recently had an AIR MILES Wellness Day where we shut down all our offices on the same day for Associates to take time to focus on themselves and spend time with family/friends. This is in addition to Loyalty Days which Associates can take throughout the year to take time for themselves. We invest in the ongoing growth and development of our Leaders. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure leadership effectiveness, along with a leadership survey to solicit Associate feedback to continue to grow our leadership capabilities.

Leadership across AIR MILES, including technology and other areas of the business, are working together towards achieving our shared vision of being Canada’s best Loyalty Program. Most recently, we embarked on a transformative journey to modernize our Travel business systems to create a best-in-class, digital-first experience with scalability for future growth and expansion. During this transformation we lean on our leaders to set the example with collaboration, active listening, communication, agility, and the ability to pivot. We have exciting plans on our 2022 agenda as well, can’t wait for you to hear all about it. Compensation in the Data & Analytics landscape as we know is incredibly competitive. At AIR MILES we rely on market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive, reviewing market changes regularly, conducting a market review of our own roles on an annual basis and updating our salary ranges as necessary keep us in that competitive space.
