      Everyone is open to help, and they give you recognition for the work you do. Group is fun to work with, offsites are fun

      Sometimes can be unorganized, and depending on the role, work may be limited

      Pros

      Very collaborative work environment (within department and inter-departmental as well) Employees who truly care about doing whatever is necessary to produce the best work possible State of the art office space (it's won awards and is a pleasure to work in) Employees are compensated fairly Dedicated to corporate social responsibility - this is evident throughout the office on a daily basis and it's truly inspiring! More "perks" above and beyond salary, benefits and annual bonus than you could ever imagine - it's like a dream come true! There's a reason why L1 has been on the list Canada's top employers for so many years!

      Cons

      Anyone who has the nerve to complain about LoyaltyOne as a company must just love to complain. You'd be hard pressed to find another company that does as much good for their employees and community as L1. I really don't understand why their average rating is so low. If you can't be happy at L1, you can't be happy anywhere.

      Pros

      LoyaltyOne has been an Employer of Choice for 7 straight years. This is an amazing company, with great leadership that is heading in the right direction. This is a company where if you are passionate and work hard, you will be recognized financially and with better work assignments.

      Cons

      I have to really think about any cons that may exist with this company. I guess there are some complacent people within the Business Technology organization that are still trying to cling to the Hierarchical structure from the past.
