- Transforming from a service to a technology company - Forward thinking , latest technologies - Reactive to changes - Agile transformation

Cons

- Changes are too fast - It is a very fast pace environment so some people might got left behind - Need to change the business model as well to adapt to latest generations

Pros

Some good people to work with and nice facilities.

Cons

Unprofessional leadership at the VP level and above. It's a "tell" culture versus a collaborative effort and if you try to influence a different outcome you have ended your career and will likely be on the next round of exits for "restructure". I'm shocked the call centre isn't unionized yet and that more employees don't file complaints with Giverning bodies. In short it's a very disfunctional, negative work environment.
