Leadership development is important to us and is a critical component of our culture, so I’m happy to hear that you have seen a positive impact from our Leaders. In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. In addition to salary we offer many other perks and rewards to recognize the hard work of our Associates. We’ll keep working hard to ensure AIR MILES remains a great place to work.
