In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly, updating our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. We also conduct a market review of our roles on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive. In addition to salary, we offer many other perks, rewards and recognition to elevate the Associate experience. Our Customer Care Ambassadors are the voice of the AIR MILES brand and we aim to provide a fun environment and the right challenges to keep all of our Associates engaged and motivated. I understand that the environment is fast-paced and we do have high expectations in order to best support our Collectors. Change can cause uncertainty and last year was a big year for our company where we made critical changes to our business.
