Thanks for your feedback. We offer a competitive benefits plan for all of our full-time and part-time, permanent Associates from their very first day. We also place a large focus on rolling out programs and resources geared toward Associate’s physical and mental wellness. We hope that Associates are taking advantage of all the benefits available to them. In regards to your comments on management, Leadership development is important to us and we consistently invest in ongoing training and development for all of our Associates and Leaders. Last year we took steps to implement Key Performance Objectives around Associate and Leadership development to ensure we are always learning and growing as an organization. We know that developing our people is critical for increasing engagement, fostering our culture and enhancing performance and will continue our focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness once again this year.
