Thanks for sharing. We get it, we too certainly miss the face-to-face collaboration, the buzz and the energy within our office spaces. Our office remains a space where our Associates feel comfortable and inspired, however, as COVID-19 evolved into a global health concern, we made the decision to ask all Associates to work from home until further notice. We’ve been actively working on initiatives to bring our culture to life and stay connected while working remotely and our weekly video updates from our AIR MILES President, frequent prize giveaways and at home concerts have helped. Our Associates are set up with the tools and resources needed to keep us all connected and a Home-Office subsidy to make work-from-home routines more comfortable – we hope you have taken advantage of these. We will continue to follow the guidance of the provinces, municipalities & public health agencies, as well as consider the safety, health and interests of our Associates, as we assess and make decisions on reopening our office locations, but we hope to see you in the office soon. Thanks again for leaving a review and thank you for all that you do. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture

Thanks for your review. All feedback is appreciated and crucial for our continued growth. Sounds like you miss our fresh breakfast and lunches served at our bistro just as much as we do. While we continue to work-from-home, we hope our Associates have enjoyed our surprise care package deliveries with some of our favourite snacks. We value work-life balance and offer many benefits to support mental and physical wellbeing to avoid burnout. Last year we launched MindBeacon- a digital therapy platform available to our Associates and their immediate family members to help with our frame of mind when life feels overwhelming (i.e., stress, panic, anxiety, depression, sleep apnea, PTSD, etc.). This year we enhanced our wellness subsidy for our Associates to use towards things such as new running shoes, virtual yoga or personal training sessions, smoking cessation programs or towards a sit/stand desk or fitness equipment. Thanks again for your feedback and I wish you all the best in your career. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture
