With respect to your comment about decisions making, we understand that sometimes effective decision making does take time, especially when undergoing change. As we navigate our way through a large digital transformation at AIR MILES, we need to ensure we are making the right decisions for our Associates, our Collectors and our Partners. Decision making is complex and takes intentional thought. It also involves factors such as Associate feedback and engagement, organizational performance, program development and growth opportunity to name a few considerations.
