Thanks for your feedback. I agree, we have a fantastic culture at AIR MILES. It’s our goal to provide Associates with more than just a place to work but a place where they can grow their career and give back to causes they care about. We place a large emphasis on Associate growth and development, recognition and celebrations to help bring our culture to life. As we pivoted to a remote work setting last year due to COVID-19, social events remained a priority to keep our Associates engaged, inspired and connected. In the last few months alone we’ve hosted speaker series, motivational talks, meditation sessions, live dj events, and mixology workshops. Most recently, AIR MILES hosted an exclusive Snacking for Success nutrition seminar to understand healthy eating habits. There is something for everyone! In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive.
