In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly, making adjustments as necessary to keep us competitive. We also conduct a market review of our roles on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive. In addition to salary, we are proud to offer many other perks, rewards and recognition to elevate the Associate experience. This year we are creating a new career-levelling framework so that we can provide even more movement and progression opportunities to our Associates. In 2020, 41% of our vacancies were filled by internal transfers and promotions. That’s something we’re really proud of and will continue to prioritize. Yes, people come and go…and sometimes come back to us again. Attrition can be healthy for an organization. It’s hard to see good people leave for a different opportunity, but we love sharing the stories of those who come back to us after gaining new experiences and skillsets.
