      Working environment is collaborative and allows room for testing and learning. There is a good emphasis on work life balance.

      Cons

      The company is in a continuous state of change, so be prepared for it. In addition, you will want to be prepared to keep moving departments, companies every few years to be promoted.

      Leader in the loyalty analytics space, and lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Overall a supportive environment and a great team to be a part of. Good location, benefits, facilities, and competitive compensation.

      Lots of positive change happening with most employees on board, but some aren't taking it well.
