      Work from home , fitness subsidy

      Cons

      Micro managed , not qualified team leaders,management changes policies whenever they think ,no chance of doing a single mistake at work, no matter how many years you work there is always fear. This company is based on fear policy the more employee fear the more good work they do.

      Salaries, benefits, subsidized food and gym membership

      If you are not in the girls club, you are out. Client services is led by unqualified portfolio leaders. Only a particular group is wanted in analytics (read between the lines). After 2013 Analytics when leadership left, everything went south and analysts were demotivated. New analytics leadership not good at al!!

      Nothing is good about this company. The marketing is positive but, it is not as good as it claims to be.

      Cons

      Be careful what you are hired for, the job description and what you are interviewed for may not be what you will be doing after you enter the job. The management team is lack of people skills, lead by young inexperience associates.
