      Entertaining town halls. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The IT position I interviewed for had changed so substantial within the first few weeks of employment., it was no longer recognizable. I felt very mislead and taken advantage of.

      Good benefits Perks Fun off-site events and town halls (if you're into that sort of thing)

      Want to climb the ladder? No need to work so hard, just dress appropriately and talk to the right people Silly politics, immature managers Be ready to suck up to senior management if you want to advance anywhere Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly KPOs/DKPOs - basically self evaluations that are not meaningful. It successfully wastes your time and doesn't get you anywhere. It is like homework for a 5th grader. Unequal distribution of work Unfair salaries

      Nice employees LoyaltyDay is nice - good way to give back to the community Smart people working at AirMiles

      Cons

      There is no training at all - no documentation, no process mapping, no way to samples/templates for the employee to use as a baseline - it is sink of swim Company is harsh with people during the first 90 days - people are forced out aggressively if they don't meet the demands of the role right away; but sometimes, the expectations are impossibly high
