Be prepared to be laid off if you work more than 10 years +, company has a tendancy to "find" something wrong with your work, even though you are "top performer" year after year. Rumour has it that they can let you go, and hire for "cheaper salaries"

If you like to navigate through office politics to climb the corporate ladder-you will do fine here.

Cons

People who work hard don't get rewarded. If you know how to play the game you will be rewarded for doing meaningless work and having very little talent.

Fun and relaxed atmosphere nice on boarding training program environmentally friendly

Cons

The employees are seriously under-payed. Full time associates get barely more than the interns there (some of which are only 18 with no work experience).
