      Pros

      - new building is nice - lots of young people who are fun to be around - generally decent hours, aside from occasional projects

      Cons

      - Air Miles brand is hurting and doesn't know what to do. Everyone is up in arms about being unique and winning back collector trust, but isn't actually willing to do anything different - very little data-driven decision making, it's mostly gut feeling and whatever will keep upper management happy - barely making any money off partners, who are all pissed off at Air Miles as well - teams can be cliquey, and face time matters more than you would think. I've had multiple managers tell me that it's more important to be seen running around doing stuff than actually doing good work

      Company values the people there are amazing, they say your colleagues can't be friends, but not true at L1. lots of people make friends at work SLT - senior leaders are tenured and know what they are doing

      Over-worked Low salary no work life blance
