Pros
Great culture, really shows that the organization heavily invests in their people, given the number of internal events highlighting us as associates. Amazing benefits and insurance policy, great vacation time (15 days for entry level) alongside 2 free vacation days regardless of tenure.
Cons
Poor management who hire likeminded middle managers who micromanage, shift blame on others, and don't effectively lead teams. Too many forced initiatives by HR to encourage performance reviews and status reports - these should be organic within managers and their associates, not shoved down peoples' throats every 90 days.
