      -great culture, subsidized cafe and gym -good work-life balance for the most part -great people -interesting work

      Cons

      -promotions are slow...lots of people leave to get better titles elsewhere

      Benefits are great.. 2 weeks Sabbatical ever 5 years, Good vacation time provided and Anniversary airmiles.

      Cons

      Political! Extremely unrealistic expectations.. Pay is good, however the hours that you are expected to put in are demanded; expect to work 11 hr days. you are not truly appreciated for your work even though you are told - it is not by any mean the truth.
