      Great benefits! There is opportunity to keep learning: budget is available. Great company culture and many fun events.

      Cons

      There is little growth potential for skilled individuals who do not wish to manage a team. The only true growth potential is for individuals becoming team leaders and building relationships. Playing politics, sometimes in detriment of excellence, is a required asset to grow your career within the company.

      - Almost everyone is friendly, smart, and helpful - The benefits and company events were really fun - I worked on interesting projects

      Cons

      - Getting stuff to production is difficult - Executives only pay lip service to agile practices - Roadblocks with legacy systems is constant and frustrating
