We value everyone’s opinion at AIR MILES, and we keep lines of communication open through pulse checks, surveys and regular one on one development conversations with Leaders so that we can better understand what’s working well and areas to affect positive change. We value our Associate’s feedback so much that we’ve taken steps within the last year to implement Key Performance Objectives around Associate and Leadership development to ensure we are always learning and growing as an organization. Thanks for your feedback. I agree, we have a fantastic culture at AIR MILES. It’s our goal to provide Associates with more than just a place to work but a place where they can grow their career and give back to causes they care about. We place a large emphasis on Associate growth and development, recognition and celebrations to help bring our culture to life. As we pivoted to a remote work setting last year due to COVID-19, social events remained a priority to keep our Associates engaged, inspired and connected. In the last few months alone we’ve hosted speaker series, motivational talks, meditation sessions, live dj events, and mixology workshops. Most recently, AIR MILES hosted an exclusive Snacking for Success nutrition seminar to understand healthy eating habits. There is something for everyone! In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. AIR MILES has the best people who are passionate, hardworking and innovative. We hope to continue to create meaningful value for all of our Associates as they are truly our biggest asset. With respect to your comment about decisions making, we understand that sometimes effective decision making does take time, especially when undergoing change. As we navigate our way through a large digital transformation at AIR MILES, we need to ensure we are making the right decisions for our Associates, our Collectors and our Partners. Decision making is complex and takes intentional thought. It also involves factors such as Associate feedback and engagement, organizational performance, program development and growth opportunity to name a few considerations.
