Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective; we appreciate your feedback and I know people value hearing from current Associates. I agree, AIR MILES has the best people who are passionate, hardworking, innovative and who drive our vision forward. We hope to continue to create meaningful value for all our Associates. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly, updating our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. We also conduct a market review of our roles on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive. In addition to salary, we offer many other perks, rewards and recognition to elevate the Associate experience. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your feedback and thank you for all that you do. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture

Pros

- Good people in certain departments - New technology - New and futuristic office space in Toronto

Cons

- This company fell apart at the seams after the AIR MILES expiry disaster - The amount of layoffs, restructuring, etc. was incredible. It was a rotating door, every day you had no clue what you were walking into. - This did include removing a number of negative and systemically problematic Executive Level leaders, but at that point, it was to little to late. They lost an incredible amount of great talent and imploded the reputation of the company. - They will try to win you over and hide all the inadequacies of the company with free snacks, cheap alcohol events, and trinkets so you don't pay attention to the absolutely raging dumpster fire that you're surrounded by - Just look at the stock price history of the parent company Alliance Data, bottomed out and has never recovered. - Leadership only in it for themselves, their pay checks, their titles and empire building - especially within the HR/Talent team - Clear and blatant favoritism, they didn't even try to hide it - Top heavy org structure - The rules are for everyone else other than the ones that make them

AIR MILES has passionate and hardworking people who drive our vision forward. Our culture, perks and technology are big factors in how we continue to disrupt, innovate and make an impact. I’m sorry that your experience at AIR MILES did not match our intention of being the best place to work. We value everyone’s opinion at AIR MILES, and it’s our goal to keep lines of communication open through pulse checks and surveys so that we can better understand what’s working well and areas to affect positive change. Last year was a big year for our company where we made critical changes to our business structure. With these changes we are better positioned to deliver on our goals of enhancing our technical capabilities and improving our Collector experience to drive our mission of Rewarding All Canadians Every Day. We are excited about the direction we are heading in, and for what’s to come. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture

Thank you for your review. We work hard to make AIR MILES an amazing place to work and take great pride when we receive 5-star reviews from current Associates. I agree, we do have a fantastic culture and we make it a priority to invest in the health and well-being of our Associates. Our annual wellness subsidy helps Associates achieve their health and fitness goals and although our Wellness Centre is currently closed, our fitness classes can still be accessed online daily. We are certainly missing having breakfast and lunch at our bistro but hope that our Associates are taking advantage of the Home Office subsidy that was provided to make settling into work-from-home routines more comfortable. We do offer a competitive health benefits plan for all of our full-time and part-time, permanent Associates from their very first day. This year, we enhanced our benefits offering by making available to all associates a cognitive behavioural based therapy tool called Beacon – this provides our associates with access to registered mental health professionals. I hope that you have been able to take advantage of all the benefits available to you. Thank you for all that you do, and thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback.
