Thanks for leaving your review, we appreciate the feedback. Our Customer Care Ambassadors are the voice of the AIR MILES brand and we aim to provide a fun environment and the right challenges to keep all of our Associates engaged and motivated. I understand that the environment is fast-paced and we do have high expectations in order to best support our Collectors. Creating a world class experience for our Collectors is important for us and we are proud to be recognized in the top 5% of call centres in Canada for this reason. Change can cause uncertainty and last year was a big year for our company where we made critical changes to our business. With these changes, however, we are better positioned to deliver on our goals of enhancing our technical capabilities and improving our Collector experience to drive our mission of Rewarding Canadians Every Day. We are excited about the direction we are heading in, and for what’s to come. Thank you again for leaving a review. I wish you all the best in your career. Dimitri Benak VP, People and Culture

Don't let them fool you; look up LoyaltyOne

Pros

They had an amazing office space- who knows they may have run that into the ground now too.

Cons

This is their attempt at a fresh start for glassdoor reviews after the horribly rated parent company LoyaltyOne was dissolved. Read the reviews there. AIR MILES has always existed as a brand and is/was their primary business. The only thing that has changed is dropping the name LoyaltyOne and the sell-off of a sister company. Beware of this attempt to put lipstick on a pig.

Our office remains a space where our Associates feel comfortable and inspired, however, as COVID-19 evolved into a global health concern, we made the decision to ask all Associates to work from home until further notice. With respect to your comment about LoyaltyOne having been dissolved- that is incorrect. There have been a lot of changes to LoyaltyOne and at one time, it owned and operated three programs – AIR MILES, Precima and Brand Loyalty. As such, the LoyaltyOne Glassdoor page speaks to these other programs. With LoyaltyOne undergoing several changes this past year, including the divestiture of Precima, we created a Glassdoor page specifically for AIR MILES. Over the past few years we have been more intentional about not only communicating our vision, but giving our Associates the opportunity to shape it. We encourage anyone looking to join our teams to stay up-to-date with the latest news and events on our social pages, get to know our people, and find out firsthand what makes AIR MILES such a great place to work.
