Being a part of our team means you get the real VIP AIR MILES experience – so I’m glad you enjoyed your Anniversary Miles and got to spend them on something (or somewhere!) nice. Leadership development is a priority and we offer several development programs and tools to support our Leaders to grow their skills to enable them to best support their teams. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure Leadership effectiveness, along with a Leadership survey to collect Associate feedback to ensure we continue to grow our Leaders and provide Associates with what they need to succeed.
