Turbulent times - business is going through a major re-org. Parent company is looking to sell the company so the focus has shifted from building long-term value to short-term fixes. Definitely not a good time to join the company.

Friendly environment, great culture, free beverages and snacks, cool building and work spaces.

Cons

Low morale, SLT, ADs and Managers all need leadership training. They have no clue how to lead and inspire people. They are too concerned with titles than people.
