Pros

LoyaltyOne was an amazing organization for the time I spent there. They truly value their employees and encourage personal development and growth constantly. There's tons of opportunities to network, connect with other teams, and learn from hands-on experience. The culture is great and the perks are amazing - hands down, best of any company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Anyone who knows or follows LoyaltyOne has likely noticed some very drastic changes happening within the company. First, with the departure of the incredible CEO, Bryan Pearson, and an onslaught of senior leadership departures and lay offs. The company and it's parent company are no doubt, trying to figure out the future of LoyaltyOne and it doesn't look great. As with some previous reviews, proceed with caution when expressing interest here. Based on the current path the company is on, you may not be there for long.

Pros

Great work/life balance, friendly people and wonderful office space.

Cons

Future of the company is rocky at best. Major shake-ups at the Executive level which can either be perceived as a company ready to change and evolve or a company that will slowly be sold off piece by piece.

Pros

Cool office - lots of coffee choices

Cons

By far the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in. People spend more time spreading lies and passing off accountability to protect themselves from the always present fear of being fired. This is because the company has been in flux strategically and hence organizationally for a DECADE. People try to keep their jobs and move ahead by bringing others down, or try to convince other people in the company that X employee or Y team is horrible and therefore I am great. Trying to preserve any sense of security. Working there was like something out of a far-fetched movie like Mean Girls meets the corporate world. Stay far, far away.
