Pros

Modern office with an internal coffee shop, ping pong tables & massage therapy, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Cons

-Salaries are not competitive -Company is reactive, not proactive -Resources are too scarce and associates are overworked with current work volumes, leading to a poor work-life balance -Reorg decisions aren’t made strategically or logically with the impact of these decisions often appearing as afterthoughts -Management does nothing to address the issues/concerns of its associates -Work from home policy is inconsistent with some associates being given one day a week and others twice a month -Org is too clicky with promotions or higher salaries/bonuses going to managements favourite associates instead of those with tenure/experience/proven track records -Poor transparency and communication from upper management -Management asks its associates to add good reviews on this site in an effort to combat the negative/more truthful ones

Pros

New clean Globe & Mail building with bistro, Shuttle bus from Union Station, OK benefits and AIR MILES Reward Miles anniversary bonuses, SOME great co-workers I call friends, latest hardware technology.

Cons

Bad non-collaborative office environment, first come first serve sitting, horrible year-end KPO review system with uncompetitive bonuses in the industry. Too much favoritism, back-stabbing co-workers and useless managers that don't stand up for you nor the team, management kiss butt their directors and account teams, grow some balls! Toxic work environment with too many politics. Poor software technology that they keep changing vendors while others companies are ahead of times. Directors in the marketing group are a scam hire and fake, they think they know all but they don't, sadly the AIR MILES brand is dying while others are evolving. Look elsewhere for growth opportunities and promotions, not here with so many budget cuts and layoffs.

Pros

Subsidized Cafeteria, Gym, Right on the subway

Cons

The culture of gossip, bad mouthing behind close doors, favoritism where incompetent people are still at work because of their connections. There is no sense of team as everyone is just trying to protect themselves and make sure the management knows they work hard, this results in backstabbing their colleagues, putting down each other on a daily basis, it feels like everyone leaves their integrity and basic human decency right at the door and then enters the company! If you love and want to code, do not join their Business Technology department, they have no experience and knowledge on how to develop a software, they just know how to throw their money out the door and hire these so-called Agile consultants who change processes every other day! This is a place where incompetent Product managers run the show!
