Pros

None. The processes for doing the work are not thought out. It's a buddy system and all about who "likes" you whether or not you'll get acknowledged or considered for another position.

Cons

Won't let you do your job! Everybody is trying to do everybody else's job instead of being cross-trained correctly. Need to be proficient and efficient in how things could be done.

The boss where great and made the day go by real good. Very employee oriented and available for recommendations and problem solving

Cons

The work load can be a bit overwhelming and the period of work can extend a little sometimes. But the boss there makes the extra hours worth it.
