      Pros

      This company truly cares for about the lives and the contributions of our team members. This allows the creativity that drives the daily pursuit of improving the experience for the customer!

      Cons

      There are not any major cons at AIT. I would say sometimes we need to be more patient when analyzing issues to make sure we don't treat symptoms versus root causes.

      Pros

      The company has a vibe and the people that I work with are great and help when needed. There is a sense of teamwork and involvement to accomplish a task.

      Cons

      As a newer employee, there are hidden nuggets to learn. But, those that I work with really showed me the ropes.

      Pros

      I have been working at the Corporate headquarters for over a year. Executive Management is positively engaged with all aspects of the business including encouraging employees to be involved in our own communities. Work Life balance is good. At times yes employees have to roll up their sleeves and put extra time in to service the customers but the managers will work to correct the extra load if it continues too long. The Company added a game room late last year with an arcade machine, darts and shuffle board (I love that game).

      Cons

      Really the only thing I can think of is parking space could be better but I should not complain too much since the longest walk from parking space to office is less than 300 meters.
