Cons

Exceeding number of employees with 20+ years there. Abhorrence of anything new or creative. Company populated by empire builders doing everything they can to perpetuate the status quo.

Just the fellow workers who struggle by my side to tolerate this place!!! Because the benefits dont cut it at all.

Cons

Lack of training, Buddy system, Nepatism, Managment is out of touch with up to date methods of dealing with people, and Generation Y will not tolerate this. Hazzards everywhere, Poor Engineering Dept. Lots of Back Stabbing, Hire too many Convicts.........
