      Pros

      Money is okay. Ample time off and longevity if you're well liked. Older employee's are great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. The company and building are very clean and well taken care of. ARI is really good about creating numerous activites for their employees.

      Cons

      Unprofessonal Relationships and big Egos . "Leads" have a less then tactful approach to work and managing co-workers.
