      Flexible schedule, great, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Little to no career advancements. Also, although your "base hourly pay" might be $35/hr, they require you to do additional work at a cheaper rate, which is around minimum wage. For example, let's say you work 20 hours teaching and 4 hours administrative work at $16/hr. You'd get paid $764/ week, which is about $31.83/hr. Definitely not as bad as part time jobs, but something to consider

      leaders are not given commission for sales and the rate for admin/leadership tasks is fairly low; parents can be frustrating
