- Autonomy (get to pick your own schedule) - Decent training - Great people who are all passionate in helping others

Cons

- Most of upper management are "frat bros" who honestly don't really do much of anything - Requires you to be working full time all year round, even though most students take summers off (new rule as of pandemic) - Benefits absolutely suck (because eyesight doesn't count as health)
