Pros

All the people that I worked with were friendly, respectful, and inclusive. AJ provides mentorship and support through a team leader and mentors for each subject. While there are standard procedures to follow, I felt like I had the autonomy to teach and manage my schedule. I learned a lot and acquired valuable skills during my time here. Overall it was a great experience!

Cons

It takes some time to build a full schedule.

Pros

Great support from management, weekly meetings with team leaders, monthly meetings with departments. Great pay and flexibility.

Cons

Hours can be difficult because kids get out after 3pm on weekdays but that's the same for the majority of tutoring jobs.
