Plenty of training and support from team leaders, colleagues, etc. Most students are easy to work with Pay is very good for experience/qualifications In-office food and drink for long tutoring days

Cons

Unpredictable scheduling The occasional godawful client No place to go unless you want to go corporate The soul-crushing boredom of tutoring standardized tests to entitled children

Lots of great snacks if you're hungry. Plenty of resources available for tutoring. Freedom to set your own schedule.

Cons

Sometimes a lot of work to do outside of session. Hours can be somewhat limited, especially when you are first starting.

Cons

Sometimes the office can get crowded, but they're quickly expanding.
