If you are dedicated to the craft of teaching there is ample opportunity for career advancement. Over the past several years, AJ tutoring has grown quickly, but through this expansion the company and its team has remained committed to providing an excellent professional tutoring service. The company culture is fun and stresses learning, excellence and service above all else. My favorite parts of the job are collaborating with fellow educators, taking on new responsibilities, and learning how to become a great educator.
Cons
Scheduling tutoring lessons with students can be difficult. The work environment can be fast-paced at times, but this also keeps the job exciting. Working at multiple location can be a challenge.
