The vibe has improved a lot versus a year or two ago. Staffing has cleaned up a lot and there’s less a holes and egos in the office.

Cons

It’s a bit quiet in the office, which can be good in its own way but definitely different to how it was before.

The office vibe is top-notch — Super modern space, awesome city views, free lunches sometimes and snacks, and really well-organised social events. It’s a fun place to come to work every day. Great team culture (in your bubble) — The admin/ops team is small but close-knit and super helpful. Everyone’s happy to pitch in when needed.

Cons

Career growth is a bit of a dead end — If you’re in an admin role, there’s not much of a ladder to climb. The company invests a lot in traders and engineers, but not so much in support roles. Different worlds under one roof — Trading, tech, and admin teams don’t always mix much. It can feel a little siloed unless you make the effort to connect.
