The people at work were smart and some had cool backgrounds The pay was great

Culture was pretty shocking and leadership didn't make any effort. During my time I didn't receive any training at any point after the grad program, nothing at all invested in development of employees. Bad place to join as a grad since they simply don't care about your career. Culture at workplace wasn't supportive at all. Asking questions and not knowing things were often met with snarky comments and people didn't take ownership of their mistakes. Leadership team is a boys club, not as much of a meritocracy as they like to suggest.
