      Pros

      Great grocery retailer - most employees are ALDI shoppers/fans too and love our products. Friendly co-workers. Good health plan. Company continues to grow and has made some good changes in the past few years.

      Cons

      Excessive bureaucracy and red tape slows everything down. Senior leaders and presidents are out of touch with the reality of employee experience. Lack of open communication and trust.
