The pay, thats how they keep people for so long.

Cons

management are awful, they stand idle whilst you get spoken to awfully by other colleagues. Very big click feeling, if you aren't one of the "favourites" you won't get anywhere with promotion. If you upset one manager by questioning things they do, they all get annoyed at you.
