Good pay, versatility in role, great team environment

Cons

Changing times where the autonomy has been stripped from the role, not allowed to make any decisions yourself but are yet held accountable for the decisions and changed implemented by superiors that you had to carry out knowing they would be unsuccessful. Very disappointing change for Aldi as a business. It use to be a very enjoyable job.

Cons

Work load regularly unachievable. No opportunity for progression from Store Manager unless you have obtained a 2:1 degree.
