All the rest. Not good practical training so you don’t get hurt on the job. District managers have no idea what us “dogs” do each and every day! No positive communication...they only tell us what they don’t like! Took away extra Sunday pay we used to get saying it compares to the industry, even though menards offers their employees $3 an hour on Saturdays AND sundays! They better check their research skills! District managers like to sit in front of the computer and watch video footage of us employees, looking for something wrong. Makes me feel like guilty until proven innocent...totally backwards! Very few people make it very long because of what it does to your body.

they run you into the ground by understaffing the store and expect the staff that works there every day to burn themselves out to get the job done.
