Company preaches work-life balance but does not follow through. Current growth and competition have created many new initiatives pulling in different directions and District Managers / Store Managers are the ones who bear this burden. Job becomes very monotonous after 2+ years.

Was a good company to work in past years. Recently not so good. Company is growing fast and unable to keep up with the growth. No communication to office staff and no support from Directors. Training is bare minimum. Absolutely no room for growth or more money. People only 2 years in making the same amount as the people that have been there 27 years. After two years no more raises, usually a small bonus that they call a raise. Within past couple of years, everyone is overworked, not enough hours in the day to get the job done all the way from director level down to office staff.
